Spring Valley offers training and consulting services in Latvia market since 2003. Spring Valley competence areas are Management and Leadership, Change Management, Individual and Team Development, Sales and Customer Service, Marketing and Branding, Communication and Project Management.Currently Spring Valley Faculty consists of four permanent consultants and ten Freelance trainers and consultants.
When building relationship with the Client the basic concept of Spring Valley philosophy is E.Schein’s concept of process consultation – one can only help a human system to help itself. Task and relationship – both sides of organizational life are important. We tend more address the assumption that the process how people do things around in organizations are the prior success factors in all organizations – is it today’s performance efficiency, managing change or meeting tomorrow’s challenges.
The main focus of our approach is systemic analyses of people’s behavior in all levels in: individual, interpersonal, group, between groups in organization and between organization and community in the context of organizational culture.
Through this Spring Valley mission and passion is to encourage, mobilize and energise people and organizations towards learning and growth for future achievement.
